Panattoni Grows in India with 25-Acre Industrial Park near Hosur

Panattoni, the international industrial real estate developer, announced the opening of its second Indian project, Panattoni Park, Hosur I, a 25-acre industrial and logistics park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

The development will be staged, and Phase 1 will be of a built-up area of 5.5 lakh sq. ft. The completion will begin in Q3 2025 and will be completed by Q2 2026. Upon completion, the park will have an overall development potential of approximately 11 lakh sq. ft.

Panattoni Park, Hosur I is built to international Grade A standards and will be appropriate for a wide range of occupiers, from e-commerce to third-party logistics (3PL) operators, FMCG, and manufacturing companies. The building will integrate green building methods according to Panattoni’s global ESG targets.

Located just 50 km from MG Road Bengaluru and 11 km from Hosur Town, the park offers good accessibility 5 km from NH-44 (Bengaluru-Chennai Highway), 4 km from the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), and 7 km from SIPCOT Phase 2. The location enjoys connectivity to Bengaluru’s industrial network while providing affordable real estate and connectivity to skilled labor.

This marks Panattoni’s second major investment in India following Panattoni Park NH71 in Delhi NCR, launched in July 2024. The company is targeting a €100 million investment to expand across India’s key industrial and consumption hubs.
